Professor
of the Moscow State Conservatory, he was born on 1947 in Odessa. He studied in Moskau
at the Tschaikovsky Conservatory with one of the world greatest violinist,
Prof. Leonid Kogan. S.Kravchenko awarded with "Distinguished artist of
Russia". He is prize winner of
Paganini Competition in Genua, of Jean Thibaut in Paris, of Contest of String
Quartets in Liege. He toured throughout all Republics of the USSR, Europe, USA,
Australia, Korea. Also he performed master classes in a number of countries.
Many of his students are prize winner of various musical contests. Kravchenko
has LP and CD productions, he performed on TV and Radio in Moscow as well as in
many other countries. He is member of Jury of many Russian musical contests and
International Music Competitions.
