Natalja Puritz

 

Born 1959 in Khabarovsk. Studied music in the Far East (Russia) under the guidance of Viktor Nikitochkin and Peter Gerter (“bayan” – Russian name for button accordion). The subsequent step of her study was internship at the Moskow Gnesins Academy for Music (professor V.Belyakov). She began her teacher's career working as the assistant of her husband Josef Puritz. At that time she accumulated intensively knowledge and experience in pedagogy and children psychology. She found out that bayan is an instrument of many concerts and musical competitions. To learn about the world of music is the main trend of all her teaching and intellectual strive.
